Replacement 5″ pad for IT-7815A

IT-7788S2-A 3/8” Standard Jacobs Multicraft “S2” Drill Chuck. 3/8-24 threads. Key is model IT-7788S2-B. Chuck and key are model IT-7788S2-C. This chuck can be used on forward and reversible drills. Capacity 3/8”.

The IT-8816 is excellent for shaping and contouring patches, sanding body filler and for heavy rust removal. Comes complete with
a foam 7” Velcro Pad – (IT-881647V). Sanders come with blue grip and run at 5500 RPM. Polishers have a red grip and are 2500 RPM. The IT-8816 & IT-8816P have all the bells and whistles – Rear exhaust – lock off levers – cushion grips – foam pads – low noise – grease fitting in head.

Ratchet wrenches are exceptionally good at doing the job they are designed for – removing fasteners after they have first been loosened. It is important to keep the ratchet mechanism clean and free of sand and grit. Sand will wear out the ratchet mechanism and cause premature tool failure.

IT-8859RS50 Pad Adapter 1/4-20 x 5/16-24

Plenty of power for the toughest jobs. Will drive pins, cut sheet metal, scrape or cut steel, aluminum, wood, stone or concrete. The IT-7151 has a longer stroke and heavier piston. The IT-7111 has a shorter stroke and piston and higher BPM making it more suitable for panel cutting.

The IT-8758R and IT-8759R are the .35 HP version of the IT-8859R. With plenty of power and their smaller size, these tools are a must for production grinding. As with all die grinders, use of balanced stones and accessories are required. Also using a maximum of 90 PSI at the tool and oiling daily at the end of each shift will give extended life to the tool.
